There is a one time cleaning service fee of 100 euros per stay to be paid upon arrival to the custodian of the residence.

You may add daily or occasional maid service at an additional fee. Please let us know at confirmation of your stay for more information to better accommodate your needs.

Rentals

For any kind of rentals: jet skis, inflatable boats, chartered boats, scuba gear, snorkelling gear, on road quads, scooters and other nautica or land gear please call Gianni of Occhioni Rentals at (+39) 348/4925165 or 349/8195232. They have a rental shack on the beach in front of Hotel le Palme.

Check-in/ Check-out

Check in is at 3pm.

Check out is at 11am.

Since we want our guest to have the maximum of comforts, the cleaning service will come in at 11am right after you vacate the apartment and clean the apartment from top to bottom. Please respect the check out time.

Please let us know around what time you will be arriving as the custodian will meet you at the entrance of Gli Oleandri, to give you keys and show you the apartment. If there are any questions or need any directions you can ask him or email me.

Wireless Internet

We offer FREE WIFI to all our guests.

We only ask a REFUNDABLE deposit of 100 euros for the wifi because it is portable. Weighing at only 81 grams, this mobile wifi can be brought with you anywhere: to the beach, to the restaurant, poolside. We ask that our guests be careful with not losing the mobile wifi. But it does happen and that is why we ask for the refundable deposit.

It is a mobile wifi and can handle emails and googling but not for streaming, it is unlimited 24 hours a day 7 days a week, if it seems to slow down please let me know so I can call the company and have them add extra GB. It also has a USB port that can be hooked up to the computer for faster download or to create a network. (if you are tech savvy) In our apartment we have full bars reception. We DO NOT guarantee that at bars, restaurants and the beach it will be the same but you are more than welcome to try it.

In and around Porto Cervo

There are many local supermarkets near our aparment. The nicest one is in the roundabout at the entrance of porto cervo Dettorimarket. They have everything you will need and is one of the bigger supermarkets in the area. If not Despar in Liscia di Vacca has most of the essentials.

There are also some clubs that are nice in Porto Rotondo. It's about a 45 min drive from Porto Cervo. But if you are going to have dinner in Porto Rotondo check out the night scene there. The Port at Porto Rotondo is very nice for an evening stroll for shopping and eating crepes!
